Allen Mouse Brain Ontology

 Allen has a beautiful mouse brain area viewer (integrated with connectomics) https://connectivity.brain-map.org/3d-viewer?v=1. The browsing is based on  this ontology http://api.brain-map.org/api/v2/structure_graph_download/1.json It's based on Structure Sets, nested collections of brain areas with progressive granularity. I want to build something based on this ontology. Something to help explore the IBL Neuropixel data API. Each channel the data is associated with a brain region code.
